Craving food that’s full of sugar, fat and artificial ingredients?

It can be hard to resist temptation during pregnancy. Morning sickness, bloating and heartburn can limit the range of foods that you fancy.

And yet there are some nutrients and minerals that are essential for the healthy development of your growing baby. Sunsweet Prunes, for example, are a high source of fibre, vitamin K and potassium. They have a low GI and contribute to a normal bowel function when 100g are eaten, making them an excellent choice for pregnant women.
